Rivl AI  ยท  About

An experienced senior team that builds what it recommends.

Rivl AI is the operating brand of At Process LLC, an AI project consulting, platform development and integration firm. We work in healthcare, insurance, financial services and government, and we run our own regulated products the same way we build yours.

Who you work with

Decades of enterprise delivery, now on our own.

Our team brings decades of combined experience across many market segments, including Tier 1 consulting. We delivered enterprise level projects inside large corporations and now do the same work on our own. The founder has two decades of enterprise delivery behind him, including global technology and automation projects worth millions of dollars, and is a former military officer who volunteered to serve during the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.

How the firm is set up

Built for the buyer who has been burned once.

01 / No bench

The people on the first call do the work

There is no team to keep busy and no junior staff learning on your project. The person who scopes the work is the person who builds it.

02 / Fixed fee

Scope in writing, acceptance as a number

The scope is written before work starts, and acceptance is defined as a result measured against the baseline we record on day one.

03 / Our own products

We carry the liability on what we build

Rivl Real Estate is a licensed brokerage. Rivl Insurance runs real agencies. We did not build them to sell software; we built them to prove the method under real accountability.
